We are hiring coffee lovers who want to help our customers drink delicious coffee they can feel good about. Baristas are the key to a successful operation and support the team in keeping the business running smoothly. Whether it’s greeting customers, creating & serving exceptional drinks, or helping to clean and organize the café, a good barista is always striving to create a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will

• Create authentic connections with customers by providing friendly and knowledgeable service to everyone
• Work in a team to serve a selection of delicious coffees in a variety of different brewing methods
• Uphold company standards of excellence by making decisions that positively affect the wellbeing of their teammates, customers, and themselves

• Friendly: greets customers and teammates with a smile
• Knowledgeable: knows how to make everything on the menu and helps customers find the perfect drink
• Fast: works in a fast-paced environment to efficiently make excellent drinks
• Clean: ensures that the company's brand is positively reflected by keeping a sparkling clean, well-organized, and fully-stocked coffee bar

• 1+ years experience as a barista
• Availability to work weekends (especially Sundays), and any time: mornings, afternoons, and evenings
